Professional Indemnity
At ProRisk, we provide professional indemnity insurance for an extensive list of occupation classes, including accountants, architects, design and construction professionals, employment agencies and training organisations, engineers, fire protection consultants, information and communication technology consultants, irrigation consultants, management consultants, real estate agents and property managers, as well as other miscellaneous professions.
Outside our "Preferred Occupations" we also provide access to the London market for open market risks with premiums in excess of $20,000.

Medical Malpractice
We offer medical malpractice cover for a range of medical risks with optional public liability insurance. Risks covered include medical establishments, nurses, personal carers, medical employment agencies, emergency care providers and a diverse range of other health professionals. Combined medical malpractice and public liability cover is also available for the hair and beauty industries.
Outside our "Preferred Occupations" we also provide access to the London market for open market risks with no minimum premium expectations.

Public & Products liability is available with optional employment practices liability insurance for pubs, clubs and hotels. For professionals, ProRisk offers Public & Products liability as an add-on to professional indemnity insurance for the majority of occupations.
In addition, Public & Products liability for large risks.
ProRisk can also facilitate open market placements for risks in excess of $20,000 premium.

Management Liability/Directors' & Officcers' Liability
ProRisk provides comprehensive and cost effective cover to directors and officers for wrongful acts committed or allegedly committed by them in their conduct of the affairs of the company. The cover can be purchased as an add on to an existing insured's Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice or Public Liability policy, or as a stand alone product.
A number of valuable optional extensions are available to the basic cover enabling the policy to be tailored to suit directors and officers of both small to medium enterprises and large corporations. Policy extensions include Employment Practices Liability Entity Cover, Fidelity Cover, Cover for Outside Directorships, Reinstatement of the Limit of Indemnity, Fines & Penalties Cover, Securities Entity Cover and Worldwide Jurisdiction including USA.

Claims
We recognise the importance of having a reliable local response for your client's claims. At ProRisk, we provide an experienced and professional in-house claims management service for you and your clients.
During the policy period, all Claims, or circumstances that may give rise to a Claim must be notified to ProRisk. Please arrange for your client to complete the attached ProRisk Claim Form and submit it to us as soon as possible with any relevant documents.
